No comment..? No. I’m eating a cookie! 

Alberta Health Services President and Chief Executive Officer Dr Stephen Duckett is approached by Edmonton media outside a critical meeting to discuss the state of Alberta health care. The meeting took place in Edmonton on Friday November 19, 2010, Stephen Duckett tried to slip out after the meeting. 

As the press tried to question him, Duckett repeatedly responded with, “I’m eating a cookie!”.

Dr Stephen Duckett has since been fired by the Canadian health service as a result of this bizarre episode going viral.
